I applied online. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories in Jan 2015
Interview
I received an email from the hiring manager, and the email contained a bunch of questions about my experience with programming. There was a second round of the email questioning, and some of the questions were redundant.
I later got a phone interview, where the hiring manager and I discussed in detail the previous projects I did and what I could have improved in those projects. Then, I was asked theoretical questions about how I tackle a certain issue.

Interviewer showed no interest in my 2 internships using angular and instead spent the whole time asking me questions focused on mobile focused development.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Berkeley, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was pretty chill, some coding questions and recruiter chats. I think this was a little easier than usual because I am a student on campus, and they met me from the career fairs.
