multiple cases, nice people. i think they really appreciated the behavioral portion so I would have good answers prepared for standard interview questions as well as stories that make you stand out. need to crush the case.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sandoz
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter who scheduled an interview with me in the next few days.
I had a phone interview with 2 people for about a half an hour. The conversation was not pleasant and extremely ‘’dry’’. The interviewers were not even trying to engage in the call; I was left without the concrete questions. They were also not polite (they arrive late, but did not apologize for that).
I was not asked any questions about my resume or my experiences and I felt the panel did not review my application docs at all.
Moreover, there were some connection problems from the interviewer site and on the number occasions I highlighted the issue, but they totally ignored that fact.
I have a new phone and handset that was check before the call, so I suspect the problem was on their end.
I would describe that interview as the worst experience ever, combing the quality of the questions and the atmosphere during the call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions that would focus on the job function and no behavioral questions.
Very plain questions i.e.;
Describe yourself?
Why you want to work in this environment?
What kind of skills you acquired during your work experience?
Qualities of a good Manager?
How you reacted to the Manager’s criticism?
Quick and online. Recruiting team was flexible with the online interviews vs in person interviews. Although the feedback I got was that zoom format didn't help my case. So unsure what to think about there
Online because of pandemic. Two case studies, including market sizing question as well as fit questions. Very friendly interviewers who asked probing questions but not in an intimidating way. Further round again with two market strategy questions.
