I met chairman Nihad Kanan. He asked me to visit to Gaza to know hamas more. I said maybe later. He gave me a job. I was really easy a process. You have to know someone with the school to get hired. Its called wasta.

They asked me my degree and experience. Then ththey asked me why I came to Jordan. Final question as religion. They hired me on the spot without a background process
