This company asks for a lot in their ads, yet do they really need it all ? The view I formed was they expect their candidates to come pre-trained, as they are unwilling to compromise on the number of things they have asked for vs the number of skills the candidate has - eg: if they ask for experience in 5 tech areas, and you only have 3 (but are more than enthusiastic to learn the rest), they reject you. Hence, they've most likely unwisely rejected a lot of great candidates over the years because of this stubborness.
