      .NET Developer Interview

      23 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Johannesburg
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sanlam (Johannesburg) in Jan 2022

      Interview

The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams with 3 interviewers, HR representative, Senior Developer and the 'Digital Product Owner'. Overall the session had a good atmosphere, the questions were mostly based on my CV and my responsibilities in my current role. The senior developer also asked a few technical questions related to .Net and OOP. I thought I answered all questions well, but I never heard from them after the interview. My guess is that they found someone much better or someone with more experience or maybe I was just "not the right cultural fit"
