First technical test and then group discussion in which majority will be screened . Be confident in group discussion round . Then comes the real tiring process of interview. They took almost half an hour for HR and technical round . And those who clear both the rounds will again face a pure technical interview.

There were totally two rounds of interview. First round was with HR, was discussing about myself hobbies and general sales questions (why, previous experience in sales ).Second round was technical. They asked about technical related to (SOM,Fluid mechanics).

The interviewer and the organizers were really nice and helpful people.
The first round was written test which was divided into two sections namely aptitude and your core subject(mechanical or chemical) then the shortlisted people were given a pre-placement talk and job description then there was GD Then HR Interview followed by a technical interview.
