Really good interview process. First a videocall with HR Director and Commercial Director, then they invited me in the Netherlands to visit the offices and the factory and spend time within the organization for a day. Since the first videocall I've felt like beeing part of the Sano Rice team already, the visit in the offices confirmed this feeling. Great atmosphere and culture. I had the opportunity to talk with my future work colleagues and the management team (including CEO).
