Ask about background, expectations, and responsibilities. Invited one on one to talk with the general manager. The interview was short (possibly around thirty mins). Very informal and straightforward. Once hired, I was invited to a team meeting with the manager, sales manager, IT director and the manager from the Toyota store. Went over expectations and schedule for the next few weeks.
