Santech Solution interview questions

The company is having 40 employees. I went through telephonic interview as I couldn't come to Jaipur for face to face interview. They took 2 technical rounds of interview n then I think I couldn't made it. Then I was in Jaipur and fortunately there was walk-in on Saturday. I appeared for that and surprisingly there were only three candidates appeared for walk-in including myself. I've 7.9 years of experience in IT (1 year in Chandigarh and rest of the years in Bangalore in companies like Infosys n Capgemini). They recognized me n they took only 1 round of interview which lasted for 20 mins. N then they asked me to leave for the day and wait for the feedback.

Applied online. Received a phone call and didn’t get a response after calling back. Reached out a month later as I saw the job was still posted. Spoke with Neeraj via text/phone multiple times to schedule an in person interview. Interview was straight forward we walked through my resume (could’ve been done via phone or Skype). Not a bad experience. Company is very small and getting scheduled was a bit challenging. Received no feedback after interview. Called and texted but communication stopped. Would have been nice to receive a response even if no offer was being extended we spent a good amount time before the interview communicating. Seems that help for the staff would make processes such as hiring more streamlined
