The interview process at Sapphire Infocom was really smooth and chill. It started with a short HR round where they asked basic questions about myself, my interests, and why I wanted to join. After that, there was a technical round focused mostly on my projects, MERN basics, and a few problem-solving questions. The panel was super friendly and encouraging throughout the conversation, which made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. The communication was clear at every step, and I got my result pretty quickly. Overall, it was a very positive and professional process.
