Sapphire Multinational Group interview questions

Found a listing in the local paper and applied directly with the person in charge of hiring. Heard back by phone about two weeks later. Had a phone screen and an in person interview. Seems pretty standard and went fairly smoothly. I thought they could have challenged me a bit more and described the job more accurately though. The original listing has now transformed into an eCommerce role, whereas the listing originally seemed to be looking for an office assistant.
