Standard interview process, if you enjoy going through 4 rounds of interviews asking the same questions. I got to the final interview round and they did not ask anything that was relevant to the position or experience - instead I was asked irrelevant questions about high school involvement and personal background. I was told originally that I would hear back within a week after the final interview, regardless of their decision. Instead, I got an automatic email rejection a month later. That left a bad impression.
