Unorganized and seemed like just a chance for the hiring manager to boast about how many hours they work and how they got promoted. Was transparent about the long hours. Didn't ask a lot of questions pertaining to skillet.

It was what we in the business industry call a cattle call. Turned out to be a group interview and no candidate suspected it would be that way. They didn’t even take the time to know our names or even read our resumes. It was a disrespectful and lazy way for hiring people. To me, that means you have no idea what you are looking for in a candidate and you’re just hoping to get breathing bodies in the position as soon as possible. After they said it was a $30,000 base pay I just walked out because I could no longer tolerate the disappointment and dehumanizing structure of the company.
