SavCon interview questions

Initial screening followed by a video call. Interviewer seemed dis-interested and was not engaging. Asked repetitive questions after I had already answered. Ended the call saying they had actually already hired someone but felt obligated to still do an interview. Said they would follow up to confirm the initial hire, and never heard back. Mentioned they had high turnover due to “competitive environment.” All around it was a pretty unprofessional experience compared to other construction firms I had interviewed with and was exemplary of a company without a clear operating process for new hires.
