3 stages - HR screen, technical case-study task to be presented in a further interview, then a final interview on site with the founders. I had a great experience interviewing for Sava - HR were responsive and kind throughout and the hiring manager was super friendly. It was immediately clear to me that Sava is a company I'd like to work for - which made it all the more disappointing to have not made it to the final stage! I received great communication and feedback throughout, including during the presentation which I appreciated.
