The university maintains a rigorous evaluation process for international applicants, which typically involves an initial telephone screening followed by a remote video interview to assess professional competencies. The recruitment process will be conducted in two stages: an initial telephonic screening by the Human Resources Department, followed by a comprehensive online video interview arranged by the department manager.

Question 1
The evaluators questioned me regarding my core competencies in HR management, focusing on my specific responsibilities in international personnel programs. Additionally, they sought to confirm my expertise in legal contract administration and my capability to manage payroll systems, including the precise calculation of compensation and benefits for a diverse, cross-border workforce within the organization.
There was an assessment test which evaluated my logical reasoning and English proficiency. There as a 3 days session that I had to attend online before. The session introduced me to their work culture and their goals.
