Manager was very friendly and able to have a good laugh. She had her questions prepeered and was very understanding and helping with me and my answers so I didn't lose the job. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had.

a basic tell me about yourself ice breaker followed by some basic competency based questions like "how would you upsell" or "what does a quality service look like" very simple and laid back interview, got the job with no prior work experience
Very straight forward interview for a retail position basic interview questions, like why should we give you, give an example of when you showed great team work, a time where you worked under pressure etc
