I had interviewed with this company in the summer of 2020 and was promised a call after the team met internally. No call was ever received, and multiple attempts to contact the interviewers were met unanswered.
A recruiter based in the UK contacted me based on my LinkenIn profile and proceeded to tell me he had an open position with and send me information on the job. When I saw it was Saviynt, and told him of my experience the summer before, he said that I just didn't talk to the right people and he'd get me an interview with the hiring manager.
The interview went really well, but was told that they preferred a person in the Minneapolis area, and my hometown was low on the list, but he would call me back in 1 week with a decision one way or another.
After two weeks, I contacted the recruiter directly and inquired about my applicant status. The recruiter informed me that I was still in the running and that the hiring manager would contact me either that day or the next. Can you see where this is going?
It's been almost 3 months, and not a single communication request has been returned. A simple "we have decided to go with another candidate" would have sufficed, but nothing.
This is known as Professional Ghosting, and says a lot about the moral compass of the leadership and management of a company.
Saviynt may have won many awards for their software, but as far as dealing with humans, the opinions in the reviews here speak volumes.
