First, you will have brief interview with an HR manager. After this, you will get invite (or not) to an on-site technical interview. The next step is an online test according to your stack (in my case it was Java and Javascript test and soft-skills and IQ test). After this, you have to fill the reference and the security department will check you about one week. If all ok you will get the offer.
