      Application

I interviewed at Sberbank (Moscow, Moskva)

      Interview

The technical lead asked me a few questions. For example, he asked me to explain how I would solve a specific programming problem and to name some of the technologies and tools that I had worked with in previous projects. He also asked me about my experience with version control systems and databases.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I had to explain how I manage code changes and collaborate with team members using a version control system. In addition, he asked me about algorithms and data structures, as well as my approach to debugging and optimizing code. I was asked to develop a model that predicts the outflow of bank customers. The model should analyze historical customer data to identify patterns and factors that lead to customer departure from the bank, and then use this data to predict future outflows.
