It was smooth got a call after 15 days of applying. Got an interview asked some basic questions about how I would handle situations. Got an offer letter after a week
I interviewed at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Got an interview time online. Had to do two interviews in order to get the job and I had to talk to three different people. They were nice and asked if I needed anything to drink.
1. ASK for booklet from front of desk to fill in as a resume (resume not required)
2. Get a phone call for interview
3. Go to interview
-2hours long with .multiple people applying for different jobs
-first part is quiz second part is interview
4.Go home wait for a call to see if you got the job
Here's the problem:
Interviewer was looking only for cheap and long labor nothing else, they already had in mind who to hire before you came in.
Interviewer was late and had no care and was obviously bored with the interviewees
Questions lacked skill and was just redundant like "tell me about yourself" types
The Quiz was supposed to be team building but no affect as questions were obvious, and the only concern from interview was "how long can you work and how much"
Highly encourage not to work here, service has gotten worse over the years and quality sucks.
