Interview
They generally use head hunters or hire people they know thru connections. After the head hunters interviewed me, they actually prepared me for several separate interviews with company execs. After the third interview, I got a call saying they would like to extend an offer, which I accepted.

Question 1
The strangest question that their CEO likes to ask is,
"Choose one of the following traits, and answer in only a single word... "Are you Lazy, Dishonest or incompetent?"
It may be some other set of negative traits. What he is really testing is if you can follow the instruction of answering with only one word. He hates it when people ignore instructions or try to explain themselves (give excuses).
To win, choose one word (such as Lazy). Just say it and wait. And this guy loves inserting uncomfortable silence to see how you'll react, so just chill and wait.
Then, if he asks you to explain, you can explain that as a positive. "I don't like to do unnecessary work, so I have learned to use AI to be much more productive without doing tedious work."
Then see if you can shift the conversation to Beer or other Alcohols. He loves that topic.
