      the recruiter got back to me pretty quickly after applying and scheduled an easy and straightforward in-person interview. the interview process consisted of a few basic questions (e.g. “what would you do if…”) followed by a phone script read-through.

      Easy. read script, did a WPM test, asked questions on how to handle tough customers, asked about current work/school schedule. Got offered the job at the end of the interview.

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Scalable Commerce (Goleta, CA) in Sept 2018

      I applied online through a job search engine. I was called in for an interview and the interview process was very laid back. I was in a conference room and the young lady who interviewed me was really nice. She asked me about previous work history and basic interview questions. We did some role playing and she had me read a script at the end to see how I would speak as a representative. Overall it was a great experience.
