The initial interview was with the senior recruiter. The second interview is with a hiring manager. That would be my direct supervisor. The third interview is with a fellow employee there in sure we were a good fit and have a better understanding of the role.

Interview consisted of hiring manager screen, 1:1 site tour, and two leadership interviews. The 1:1 provided the most structure to the process with clear intent to the role and its requirements.

What EPC experience do you have? What is your leadership style? Provide examples of challenges and how they were resolved.
Gave me a clear outline of what the process would look like from the start, but seemed uncertain of what kind of person they were looking for in this role - I was first told that the role was for a business development path, but later was told that I would need civil engineering experience.
