Scale Strategic Project Associate interview questions

1. phone screen with recruiter 2. technical screen with a team member 3. video onsite (include technical and behavioral) has multiple rounds. The process is very general and fast. It shouldn't take too much time.

They have a series of interviews. The process was explained very well, yet conducted incredibly poorly. The interviewer canceled an hour prior to the interview, and I got assigned a new interviewer (after having done extensive research). The second interviewer made it seem clear that she has too much work to be conducting interviews and joined late. She did not care to conduct the interview and actually hire.
