Scality Project Manager interview questions

Scality actually contacted me "hey are you interested?" ... "well, now that you are asking, I might be! Let's talk!" This started a first part of the process where I was lucky enough to have some of the founders and hiring managers pitching me the story and goals of the company. Soon enough it was clear to me that I was indeed interested, how not to be when as a Product Manager you get this feeling that for once you might actually is be in the right place at the right time with the right product and the right team - right? So next step consisted in a succession of meetings with the research, development and marketing team. Great peoples, smart people and this feeling that on top of working hard, they are actually enjoying themselves.
