A months ago, I had an online Zoom interview with this company’s HR team. I was immediately placed in a Zoom room with three interviewers at once. Two of them conducted the interview professionally and asked basic questions that I was able to answer well. However, there was one interviewer a user interviewer who made the conversation feel uncomfortable. Her attitude came across as arrogant, and the way they asked questions felt more like cornering or interrogating me rather than having a proper discussion. The tone and delivery were unpleasant, which made the interview experience uncomfortable overall.
What disappointed me even more was that I was never given any follow up or clarity regarding the result of the interview. Whether I passed or not, I believe candidates deserve proper communication and closure. At the very least, informing candidates about the outcome and providing constructive feedback or notes for improvement would be much more respectful and professional
