Schaefer Structural Engineer I interview questions

The interview was in two parts. First, a get to know you interview, followed by a technical exam. The technical exam wasn't too tough and engineers coming out of school should feel prepared.

There was an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in person interview. The in person interview was the better part of a day. First there was an interview with two of the principals, which was an hour+. Next was a technical interview, no paper and pencil or calculator was allowed, also over an hour. Two engineers took me out to lunch afterwards and I finished with an interview with the hiring manager.
