Interview
HR has little knowledge of company. The representative that did the interview, like many other HR personnel there, seemed quite new. Very average interview and was offered job immediately. Did not get position that I wanted but never the less did get a job. The process of hiring is very quick once you have an interview and can pass drug test and background check.

Interview
Very simple and straight forward. Questions like "Why do you want to work here?", "Do you have previous experience working in production?", "How soon can you start?", After a brief conversation, they print off an employment proposal that offers you a position. After that, you go to meet the nurse. Here, you take a hearing test, she cuts some of your hair (a very small amount) for a drug test.

Interview
Had interview with 100 question timed math test. Was offered job before interviewer even looked at scores. Started 2 weeks later. Others hired at same time not required to take test. Test had nothing to do with job at hand. Had to come back in a week later to submit paperwork that I could have turned in day of.
