Met with HR and Supply Chain manager, interview straight forward enough with no trick questions. First interview was conducted online with second interview done onsite in Waterford. People who interviewed were very nice.

Interview
Recruiter first interviewed me and informed me that the team would be 2-3 people, then there was a Teams virtual interview with the CEO, who discussed managing a much larger team, where I informed them that it was not something I wanted. I was then asked to travel to Ireland for a face to face at the manufacturing facility in Waterford, and again all they discussed was much larger team sizes, which I had already informed the CEO and the recruiter I was not interested in. Waste of my time and money

Interview
First I was asked to take part in a dexterity test. If you were successful at this you had to wait to be interviewed on the day. Easy process and very quick.
