I contacted Schneider to find out if I really had to spend
$5-6,000 for a qwick school training to get a truck driving job!!
The answer was "nobody is going to hire you otherwise"
Looking at the schools management, knowing that they
want you to throw money at your problems, with great promises,
I decided to find a very small company willing to help me
pass my CDL tests in return for some honest driving
Does America have an Education problem?
NO!! It has a hypocrisy problem!! Self-inflicted lethal wound.....

The Interview process was easy it was no longer than fifteen minutes simple questions if you have any basic experience you should have nothing to worry about that’s my personal experience

The recruiter had a lot of information. She said that a recruiter in our area would contact us. Explained hourly pay for us. Waiting the the other recruiter to call back.

Experienced? Other experience? (Both driving and not).
Phone interview with recruiter. Basically just goes over your application to confirm everything. May ask about previous jobs. Pretty simple and doesn’t take long. Just be honest when filling out your application and have clean background/driving record and you will qualify for the position.
