Interview
You will be contacted by a recruiter from Schneider who will conduct a 20 minute phone interview. Towards the end of the call your recruiter wI'll set up your next 30 minute phone interview which was intended to last up to 60 minutes. After your second phone interview you will be asked to come to the office for an in person interview.
Turn around within a week, many coming in even more going out within a year. Turn over rate extremely high and team leaders often too focused on their own work to actually help with yours

The interview was extremely laid paid. Cracked a couple of jokes here and there. everyone was super nice and made you feel comfortable. You're given the opportunity to shadow a sales member to see their day to day.

Interview
Whole interview process took me about 4 weeks. First came to my campus career fair and called to set up an interview the next day. First interview was casual and had basic experience questions. Second interview was more of getting to know the role and going more into depth about yourself along with an office tour. Probably about an hour and a half total.
