First interview by phone. Second interview by video. On second interview, the hiring manager occupied about 90% of our scheduled time by talking about the company and its marketing organization. She asked me very few questions and gave me very little time to speak. I don't understand how this time I spent in this second interview provided the hiring manager with meaningful insights on my ability to do the job.

I was asked basic interview questions like what are my experiences, etc. After that I was given a take home quiz. The take home quiz was about managing fake data in the form of json objects.
