Interview
After being contacted to come in for an interview, I arrived to find that I was not meeting with the person I was told I was going to be meeting with. They rushed me into a small office and we had a conversation about the role and I was rushed out due to clients coming in. Shortly after, I was invited in a second time and met with the founder of the agency, who hadn't read my resume at all. At the end of the interview, he asked if I was going back uptown to my previous employer, not my current one. It was as if we had a conversation that he suddenly forgot.

Interview
To ghost an interviewee is highly unprofessional and unnecessary. I would not recommend future business with this company.
When asked to interview it was decided that a Skype interview would be most conductive. A date and time were set one week in advance.
The day before the interview, I sent an email to confirm. No response. The day of the interview, at my desktop I waited. No response.
A cancellation or any sort of correspondence would have been understood on my behalf and appreciated.
