Fine, I guess. They talk at you for a half hour and tell you all about how wonderful they are, then ask you if you have any questions.

Talked about sales knowledge, sports knowledge, people skills, sales skills and favorite sport or sport specialty. This job requires you to be able to approach and help make the sales goals. So we talked about how persuasive I can be or should be and if I am able to help meet required sales goals.
