Contacted via email to set up phone time by their recruiter. Initial phone interview time, recruiter never called. I called and emailed her to say I was waiting for her phone call, and asked if she needed to reschedule when it was 10 minutes past my phone screentime. She then emailed and said she had an emergency and could not make it that day. Asked me to please reschedule. I went on her calendar and picked a time she was open. She confirmed it. When that day came, the recruiter emailed me 2 minutes before the interview to say "they had now decided to rethink the position and responsibilities. They would keep my resume, but were not hiring at this time. "
