I applied through university. I interviewed at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (Pullman, WA)
Interview
The interview was tough because I was not prepared for a firmware role. I did a 1 hour virtual panel interview with a couple behavioral and technical questions (very easy Leetcode style question where I had to use C/C++). Then, I was invited to an onsite super day with a tour, presentation I prepared on a previous project, 2 technical interviews (lots of C/C++ knowledge and theory), followed by a behavioral. Overall process was professional and the people were pleasant, it's just a bummer that my technical skills/experience did not align at the time.

Interview
There was three rounds of interviews. A screening with HR, technical interview over Teams, and finally a half day long interview. The process was good and professional. The only complaints I had was that the culture seemed very stuffy and was it was made clear that overtime was very regularly expected.
