The interview process was friendly, thorough. Conducted over a series of phone calls and very low pressure. Provided lots of company confirmation and did not put any pressure for an answer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sci.bio Recruiting (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
CEO rescheduled 3x, this was the most disorganized and unprofessional interview of my career. When I finally had an interview, he talked most of the time and he cut me off when I was speaking. This should have been a red flag.
Sorry you had a negative experience, I don't doubt that you may have had to be rescheduled, December is a bit frenetic. It is common to ask new recruiters why they are interested in the profession. If I interrupted you, yes, that is bad form.
I guess your negative experience begs the question of why you would you accept a resulting offer? (if this is a real review)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sci.bio Recruiting
Interview
Wasted almost 2 months of my time with 0-1 phone interview per week. Very poor communications and lack of responses to emails. They called my references at the end AFTER getting an offer email. Then out of the blue, they decided not to fill the role for no reason. This was sent via a one sentence email. Very unprofessional organization and leadership, as I was dealing mostly with the CEO.
This individual was not offered a job. His references did not corroborate his experience and while I am sympathetic to his situation, his answers were evasive and his personality was simply not a fit for our team. I'm sorry it did not work out.
