Interview
Applied online and received news about a phone interview relatively quickly. Phone interview was pretty routine and typical questions that would be asked. Made it to the second round, which wasn't scheduled until 2 weeks after the phone interview. Was at the location for three hours where I interviewed with multiple members of the team along with some business managers. The interviews were all very laid back, they really wanted me to be the one asking the questions and leading the conversations. Everyone was nice, however, I thought it was unprofessional that I never heard anything back even after sending 2 follow-up e-mails. I wasn't that upset I didn't receive an offer. It would have been nice, but if you're going to have someone go through two rounds of interviews, at least tell them they didn't get the job.

Interview
Interviewed with a ton of different people who pretty much all asked me the same questions. No one really seemed to know who the supervisor for the position would be and the title of the position seemed to change multiple times throughout the interview process
