The interview was 3 hours long and included a presentation followed by questions, a competency based interview and then an hour to do a written assessment which involved drafting a press release. The whole thing took place in very hot room. Two out of the three interview panel members continually pulled faces throughout the interview, demonstrating they were displeased with my answers, which is unprofessional and rude, not to mention utterly demoralising.
SG are so rigidly tied to their convoluted competency framework that all they want you to do is jump through hoops/regurgitate their terminology back to them, leaving very little room for people with slightly more alternative, but still highly valuable experience.
