I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scouting America (New York, NY)
Interview
Sent in my resume, and I received a call within two weeks. I was interviewed by a District Executive within the same department I applied to, meet and greet by everyone in the department. They seemd a bit unorganized and had way too many late evening follow-up interviews. Once you meet with the COO and CEO you are most likely hired.

Question 1
Why do you want to work within a non-profit organization?
Usually 3 interviews- important to do research and come prepared on who is interviewing you. They like to know how you will interact with people as it’s very people facing.

Interview
Interview process moved so quickly which was awesome. Applied online through LinkedIn > first set up phone screening > after passing that had virtual interview > after moving on had in person interview > offer
2 zooms with Scout Executive and manager of program over the council. It is fairly quick. I was asked about my experience, working with volunteers, nonprofits and youth. There were benefits I explained along with pay, etc. The time commitment was totally dishonest, along with many of the other tasks.
