I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scouting America (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Submitted resume, received call within one week, scheduled interview for following week and second interview the week after. Ride along with executive the following week. Offer letter was presented at the end of the ride along. Company is constantly interviewing year round to find suitable candidates. Turn over is high but would still recommend considering position if offered.
Usually 3 interviews- important to do research and come prepared on who is interviewing you. They like to know how you will interact with people as it’s very people facing.

Interview
Interview process moved so quickly which was awesome. Applied online through LinkedIn > first set up phone screening > after passing that had virtual interview > after moving on had in person interview > offer
2 zooms with Scout Executive and manager of program over the council. It is fairly quick. I was asked about my experience, working with volunteers, nonprofits and youth. There were benefits I explained along with pay, etc. The time commitment was totally dishonest, along with many of the other tasks.
