Amidst this COVID situation, I felt my interview process was affected the least. It was an amazing experience of 2 basic rounds for the HR internship role. It was all over Zoom and the interviewers were very clear and communicative. It never felt like a strict interview process however I feel all the necessary questionings were effectively done. I was asked about my previous internship experiences and a few other questions that helped the interviewers determine my cultural fitment towards the organisation. Overall, it was a great experience!
