I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Screen Pilot (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
The screening call and the online interview were clear and orderly, and the final in-person meeting at the Screen Pilot offices gave me a solid view of the team’s priorities. The odd part came afterwards, when I asked for feedback and received no reply, which felt discourteous given that I had completed a full copy assignment for them and made it to the final round.

Question 1
What attracted you to this role, given how low the salary is?

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward compared to others I did in the same period for similar roles. 3 total - HR, Manager, and Panel (including CEO). They did ask for a short and simple task to assess skillset (only took an hour)

Question 1
tell us about a time you faced a challenge at work and how you overcame it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Screen Pilot (Denver, CO) in Apr 2018
Interview
After a quick screening phone call, I was asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. I sat down for the interview and was given a questionnaire testing my basic SEM knowledge (questions to follow). Then, I chatted with three members of the team. None of them seemed very interested in being there from the get-go (one guy refused to look at anything but his own feet during the entire interview. He didn't say anything, and was obviously not listening when I asked him questions).
I was then toured around the office, where the person I was with kept expressing how "great" the culture is, and explained to me that having an Xbox in the office was indicative of good company culture.
Despite interviewing in person, I was never called or emailed a followup, which felt very unprofessional to me.
