I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scribe Media
Interview
The interview process takes about a month if they are interested in you. They consistently talk about how many of the people working there have had to re-apply multiple times to get a job. When I was on the 4th round of interviews, which consisted of a half day with 4 interviews, the people interviewing me hadn't even looked at my resume. They said it was because I am more than bullet points. Yes, this is true. But if someone has gone through 7 interviews to get to that point, it seems disrespectful not to even glance at it.

Question 1
They expect you to ask a lot of questions. If you really want to work here, show that you have watched the videos they have about the company. They frequently interview people who work there and if you can reference that, it helps. Be prepared with your own questions, as you will be carrying most of the interview.
It was a long process that seemed to culminate with one person not liking me and deciding that I wasn’t going to be hired, despite going through the earlier rounds of interviews very quickly.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Scribe Media (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview was conducted over Zoom for 30 minutes. The person interviewing was polite. There was not a lot of time reserved for me to ask questions at the end and I got the impression I could not press and ask to go over time for my own questions.
