I applied online and received the interview invitation in the Starbucks. Some notes based on job (medical terminology) are required to take a look at before the interview. During the process, firstly HR introduces the job and company, then asks several questions and situation problems, and one question accounding to medical terminology, finally with a typing test.
Situation: one staff are told by the patients to move his place to somewhere else, but the regulation is forbidden to do so. How do you deal with this?
After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .

A short video interview with the chief scribe at my location where they asked about academic background and my future career motivations , I received the offer the following day via email
Had a one-on-one interview with the chief scribe of the hospital I applied for. Questions included why do you want to be a scribe, prior work experience, and experience handling stress/multiple tasks.
