Easy skype interview. Applied online by posting my resume, received a call a few days later, set up an interview. Got the job 2 days later. When applying you will be given a Dictation Test to see how quickly you can type whatever is being said. That gets submitted with your application.

Interview
Very easy, they have you take a 50 question exam during the interview which is purely memorization of the review material they email you prior to your interview. Interview is really easy, they just want to see that you're interested in going into the medical field.
