Brittany stated she has been with the company for years and did the special operations ambassador job. Interview went very well, until pay was discussed.
Starting pay for this role is $11/hr until you pass certification, and $18/hr after certification. This is for a role that is in charge of implementation and improvement of providers across the southeast. Travel would be 80%, with $15/day per diem. Not a livable wage for someone traveling.
I’m sure you making $60k as a trainer, so this is just cheap, insulting, and an embarrassment for a company to want to hire professionals for college student wages.
