Interview
The interview process was well-organized and efficiently managed by the company’s recruitment. The first round was a technical assessment for developing a web application on React and Material UI. The second round focused on a detailed discussion based on the assessment I completed and some techinal questions on React and Javascript. The final round was a cultural fit interview, where I was asked basic questions and presented with various scenarios to assess how well I aligned with the company’s values and work culture.

Interview
The best thing about interviewing for Scrut was that the interviews were to the point and not made over complicated.
My first round was with the Founding Engineer and he asked me technical questions that every SDE - 1 (Web) should know. This involved a fairly simple coding question as well.
The second round was an excellent conversation with the Engineering Director. We went deep into databases, rendering, problem solving etc. He also asked me a few technical questions which you can expect during a Frontend interview.
The third round was a culture fit round with the HR Manager. The interviewer checked if my perspective towards work aligns with the company culture. She was open about the practices, expectations and the culture of the company.
