I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Seadrill (Liverpool, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was contacted by Hays and after two weeks they came back and told me that If I could attend an interview three days later which i did in Liverpool. I was offered the contract role the next day through the Recruitment agency where I had to sign all contracts papers
initially after they shortlisted the cv we had a reasoning and psychometric test. following that there was a teams interview with two pannel members, the intervies was based on job description and my cv they were really nice people who conducted the interview
